Martin and team are thoroughly brilliant, he can cope easily with a grumpy 3 year old needing a prescription to a pensioner with a complicated prescription previously incorrect elsewhere. I've just used Clarks for the first time and the service from start to finish was first class from the eye test to choosing lenses and frames. I find choosing frames very difficult as I have a small face and many look too big on me. I also wanted something different without looking like Dame Edna which is often the case. My daughter went for an eye test after complaining her eyes had been hurting. The optometrist was very thorough and said she needed glasses.
