So that we can give you the best eyecare to suit your needs, we ask that you call us rather than filling in the form if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms.
- Flashing lights in your vision
- Sudden onset of floaters (Little black spots or wiggly lines in your vision)
- Areas of vision that may be blacked out
- Any pain, deep aching, in or around the eye area
-Sudden loss of vision or sudden double vision
- Red eye
Some of these symptoms could mean that you need to be seen more urgently. If you have any of these symptoms outside of our opening hours, please call 111 or visit your local A&E department.
